More fun with Topaz...This wasn't a 'throwaway' shot, but it was a very different crop and framing and different style. ; I decided to see what the Topaz treatment might do to a close portrait crop - this is about the middle 1/3 of the original. ; I like the color and the almost-painterly look, yet with enough realism to still look like a photo...the sunset colors really pop, and it's a different perspective than normal for the Canada pavilion (shot at 180mm) For comparison, here was my first crop, normally processed - this is about a 50-60% crop of the original (mostly to crop out Soarin's big eyesore of a building just to the right): What's neat to me is that it's like two different photos - even though they come from the same source!
