Toon Disney to Air Bambi Sequel Oct 20, 2006, 08:05 BURBANK, October 19: On November 3, Toon Disney will present the world television premiere of Bambi II, the recent sequel to Disney’s animated classic. The film will air at 5 p.m. on November 3 in the Big Movie Show block. In the film, the young fawn reunites with his father, The Great Prince (voiced by Patrick Stewart), who must now teach Bambi (Alexander Gould) the ways of the forest. The film was released as a straight-to-DVD title, with limited theatrical runs in some markets. On November 8, meanwhile, Toon Disney will broadcast the cable TV premiere of Kronk's New Groove, the sequel to Disney's hit feature film The Emperor's New Groove.
