    My Dad loaded bombers like the B-25 back in WWII. ;

    I like all Mustangs, in the air or on the land. ; 1 HP or 300+HP, makes no difference to me!

    The A-10 Warthogs used to fly around Syracuse back in the 80's before the National Guard unit went to F-16's. ; A-10's can fly low and slow. ; Sometimes they look almost motionless.

    those were probably the A-10's i used to see up in the northern part of the adirondacks doing terrain hugging drills, low & slow is how to kill a tank

    Thanks, all. ; My dad was a mechanic and flight engineer for the AAF at the end of WWII. ; He has some great stories about riding B-17s on training flights out of Sebring, Florida, and learned how to change an engine on a P-80 just before his discharge.

    Here are a couple of shots for the bird watchers: ; a Blackhawk:

    Very nice, still can never get enough of military aircraft, especially WWII!

    Every airshow needs a big finale; this year it was the Blue Angels.
