    What's New Orleans without a Dixieland band? A big disappointment. Fortunately, the Jambalaya Jazz Band fills that niche at Disneyland's New Orleans Square.

    Recently they've been spending their evenings playing on a barge on the Rivers of America as part of the Fantasmic alternative show.
