Let's make my caveats a triple play. Pretty much all my Animal Kingdom shots from my June 2017 trip come with a caveat - none used the proper lenses for conditions, none used tripods, and none involved long patient setup and framing. Too hot and too crowded in June to worry about those things, so I just handheld and quick-shot my way through everything. For this first time ride, I was only using a 10-18mm F4 lens - this ride is waaaay too dark to be shooting with an F4 lens, but I couldn't be bothered to bring any of my fast primes with me as I didn't want to use a larger bag with rain most of the afternoon and temps in the 90s.
